**Return Policy**

At VivaLaVogue, we strive to ensure every purchase meets your satisfaction. Please read our return policy below:

1. Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact us within [3-5 days] of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item, and upon verification, we will issue a full/partial refund or send a replacement upon inspection of item, based on your preference.

2. Wrong Size: If your item doesn't fit as expected, we offer exchanges for in-store credit. Simply reach out to us within [3-5 days] of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. In-store credit will be provided for the value of the item returned, minus any shipping fees.

3. Final Sale Items: All final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes items marked as final sale on our website or in-store.

4. Non-Defective Items: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact and recieved to our warehouse by 30 days from your purchase date for returns to be processed.

• Same Day Ship-Out
  To get your items as soon as possible, make sure to place your order before 1 PM. Orders placed before 1 PM will be shipped out the same day.

• Delivery Time
  Your order should arrive within 1-2 weeks from the ship-out date. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method.

• Shipping Fees for Orders Under $100
  For orders under $100, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight of the items in your cart. The price will be displayed at checkout for your review before you finalize your purchase. Shipping fees typically range from $5 to $15, depending on the weight and destination of the order.
